3、技術要求 technical requirement
3.1 原材料要求 Raw material requirements
3.1.1 無氧銅二級(TU1)及以上，純度≥99.97%(Non-oxygenic copper level 2 (TU1) and above, purity (>99.97%))
3.1.2 錫 Sn99.90 及以上，純度≥99.90% 鉛 Pb99.994 及以上,純度≥99.994%(SN99.90 and above,purity≥ 99.90% Pb99.994 and above purity≥99.994%
3.2 外觀要求 Visual inspection requirements
涂錫銅帶表面光潔色澤均勻無毛刺，無竹節、無露銅、無密集型錫顆粒、黑斑、麻點、折斷現象。

4、使用說明 instructions
4. 1 使用說明 (instructions)
客戶在使用的，請將焊帶從真空袋中取出，撕掉黃色保護紙，根據串焊機電機傳動方向，將焊帶水平放置設
備上進行穿線操作。
Customers in use, please take the ribbon out of the vacuum bag, tear off the Yellow protective paper, according to the motor drive direction of the series welding machine, put the ribbon horizontally on the equipment for threading operation.
4.2 標志、包裝、運輸、儲存 (Signs,Packing, Transportation and Storage) 每軸產品應貼有標簽，其上注明：
Each axle product shall be labeled with:
1 ) 產品名稱 Product name
2) 規格 Specification
3) 產品凈重 Net product Weight
4) 生產日期 Date of manufacture
5) 制造廠名稱 Name of manufacturer
6) 追溯編碼 Retrospective coding
4.2. 1 包裝 Packing
產品使用塑料工字輪纏繞包裝，要求每軸由一根線料組成，線圈不能紊亂，線軸邊緣間隙不能超過焊帶寬度
的一半,每軸產品用真空包裝放進紙箱后，疊加至木托板上打十字包帶發貨。
The product is wrapped with plastic I-wheel, which requires that each axis be made of a wire, the coil should not be disordered, and the gap between the edges of the axis should not exceed half of the width of the welding band. After each axis is packed in a cardboard box with vacuum packaging, it is superimposed on the wooden pallet for delivery with a cross-strap.
